Tour Itenerary
Your journey begins with an early morning pickup from Kolkata (home, hotel, airport, or designated pickup point) by comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Drive towards Godkhali, the last road point before the Sundarbans. From here, cross the river by ferry and board a motorized boat for a scenic cruise through mangrove-lined waterways.
Enjoy breakfast onboard as the boat moves through rivers and creeks toward your resort. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy a freshly prepared lunch. The afternoon is reserved for leisure—relax at the resort or explore the surroundings.
Later, proceed for an evening boat cruise to witness birdlife, river views, and local fishing activities. Return to the resort by sunset for evening tea and snacks. Cultural programs or a wildlife documentary may be arranged, followed by dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
After breakfast, begin a full-day guided boat safari inside the Sundarban National Park with forest permission and approved guide. Cruise through narrow creeks and rivers while visiting key watchtowers such as Sajnekhali, Sudhanyakhali, and Dobanki (subject to forest regulations).
Explore attractions like the Mangrove Interpretation Centre, crocodile and turtle conservation projects, canopy walk, and forest observation zones. Wildlife sightings may include spotted deer, crocodiles, birds, and other native species.
All meals and refreshments are served onboard the boat. Return to the resort by evening. Dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, enjoy a short village walk for photography and local interaction. After lunch, check out and board the boat back to Godkhali. Continue the return journey to Kolkata by air-conditioned vehicle, reaching by evening with memorable experiences of the Sundarbans.
